All existing Mig Welding liners have a very common failure from filling with debris present in the production welding process. Common airborne dust particles and especially flux and metal-cored powder can cause UNNECESSARY DOWN TIME! 

SPECIFIC ADVANTAGES OF THE SUPERIOR OPEN GAP LINER 

• Common process debris now fall through the “Open Gap” design and exit naturally through the diffuser with the inert gas, or assisted compressed air blast.
• Whether the liner has a dry dusty wire core residue or a moister lubrication build up, extended liner life can be realized.
• For gasless wire an “Air Blast” could be connected to automate this process.
• The shrink-wrap directs the gas forward for use with GMAW.
